great to meet you

We are four people united by shared values. We are passionate about what we do, choosing to collaborate together as a team. Similar enough to work well and have a laugh, diverse enough to bring different thinking and approaches.

Smita Elmore Facilitator, Coach

Helping people and organisations to be the best that they can be is Smita’s passion.

Smita had a “first” career working in International Human Rights. She experienced first-hand working in the extreme circumstances of conflict settings and developed partnerships with marginalised communities including survivors of violence and ex-fighters. Negotiating dynamic political environments and trying to influence wide groups of stakeholders who often hold competing priorities has been a norm for the work she did. This experience shaped her approach that even in extreme situations people really are capable of challenging and supporting each other to deliver more than the sum of their parts.

Her innate interest in how people can work effectively together across cultures and systems started early and she holds a BA in United States and American Studies from King’s College London and an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy, from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.

Rachel Scriven  Solutions Design, Coach

Rachel is motivated by understanding the true need of the client and designing experiences that provide real learning and impact.

Experienced with online personal assessment tools, psychometrics and learning platforms, she communicates easily between technology developers and programme leads to create solutions which blend value and simplicity. She is passionate about the individuality of personal insights, creating the space for these to emerge, the human-being and human-becoming, and the power of awareness, attention and imagination in the everyday.

She brings rigour, thoughtfulness and empathy to everything she does.
